Who we are

topone.fun ("we", "us") is an independent affiliate website that publishes guides about the TopOne Game app. We are not the operator of TopOne Game and we never receive your player account data, balance, KYC documents or transactions. This policy covers only what happens on this website.

What we collect

We collect as little as a website can.

• Analytics data (only after you accept cookies): pages viewed, approximate country and device type, referring site, and clicks on outbound buttons. IP addresses are anonymised by our analytics provider.
• Email: if you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to answer and to fix the guide.
• Local preferences: your cookie choice is stored in your browser under the key topone-fun-consent. It never leaves your device.

We do not run accounts, forms that post to a server, comment systems or newsletters. The contact form opens your own email app.

Cookies and consent

On your first visit a consent bar asks whether we may set analytics cookies. Until you tap Accept, Google Analytics 4 runs in consent mode with all storage denied, which means no analytics cookie is written and no identifier is stored. Tap Decline and it stays that way; your choice is remembered locally. You can clear it at any time by deleting site data in your browser, after which the bar appears again.

If analytics is enabled on this site, the cookies used are the standard _ga family from Google Analytics with a lifetime of up to two years. No advertising cookies are set by us.

Affiliate links

Buttons marked as sponsored lead to the operator's registration page through a tracking link. That link records that the visit came from topone.fun so we can be paid a commission. The tracking is performed by the affiliate network and the operator under their own privacy policies, which apply from the moment you leave our site. We do not receive your name, phone number or any account details from them.

Why we process data

We rely on your consent for analytics (you can withdraw it by declining or clearing site data), and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the guide for handling emails and for aggregated, non-identifying statistics.

Who we share data with

Google (analytics processing, only after consent); our web host, which sees standard server logs including IP address for security purposes; and nobody else. We do not sell data. We disclose information only if a law or court requires it.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained by our provider for 14 months. Emails are kept for up to two years after the last reply. Server logs are rotated by the host on a short cycle.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Email support@topone.fun with "Privacy request" in the subject. We answer within 30 days. Requests about your TopOne player account must go to the operator; we have no access to it.

Children

This site discusses real-money gaming and is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, tell us and we will delete the correspondence.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes are also noted on the About page.
